I got Restylane fillers done by Dr. Thampoe, she overly filled my underwear eye giving me under eye bags. Now I want to get them dissolved, I went to a dermatologist and they want the lot number of the injection. I called and asked for it, the lady at the desk said she will talk to the Docter and get back to me, it been a week now, no communication!!!!!!! I have been trying to call the clinic but they do not pick up my phone!!!!!!

I had a booked an appointment online for 9:30am. I received a call the afternoon prior reschedule . I rescheduled to 8am. Showed up. No one was on site. Doors locked. Business not open. Waited 10 mins. Still no signs of opening. No call from anyone. I already paid a $20 deposit for this appointment and yet I get a no show from staff. They should refund my deposit and compensate an additional $20 for my time. What a waste.
Love the doctor but she's pulled in so many different directions that she's late on everything. I guess the prices and bedside manner are worth it though

This spa is super nice! They’re very professional. The rooms are clean and when you go in you can feel the relaxing environment. Paola does an amazing job and shes super nice, she’s really good in what she does. My lips were small and with the lip fillers they’re more voluminous but still looks very natural. I love how my lips are now. I also did fillers in my smile lines of my cheek, and wow! I look so much younger. Im really satisfy with the results. So yes, I highly recommend this place!
Best Spa in Katy! I had fillers on my lips, and they look so natural, just a little pump. Dr. Paola has great hands, I didn't feel a thing. I'm coming back for the aqua gold treatment. Great place! I recommend it to everyone.

They were amazing ! I got a Groupon to do some dysport injections and when we decided on what all I wanted to do we decided I needed a bit more than what I had purchased she gave me more at the same Groupon price so I could complete my look. And after about 7 days my face just was so smooth and younger looking abs it made me so happy n gave me more confidence in myself. She does great work! I hope to go back soon for some fillers for under my eyes and my cheeks to plump them up. I have attached a few before and after photos!
