CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

We understand that sometimes you must miss an appointment because of emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may prevent another patient from getting a much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit due to a seemingly ‘’full” appointment book. Katy Medi Spa requires that a credit card number be kept on file to reserve your scheduled service. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, we will charge you a $50 fee.

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
We understand that delays can happen. However, we must try to keep the other patients and medical staff members on time. If a patient is more more than 10 minutes past their scheduled time, we have the right to reschedule the appointment. If you are over 15 minutes late for an appointment, Katy Medi Spa will charge a $50 fee.

ACCOUNT BALANCES

We require that patients with self pay balances do pay the account balances to zero prior to receiving further services by our practice. Patients who have questions about their bills or account may contact us for clarification. If your account becomes delinquent, it will delay your treatment until your account is brought up to date.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Your security is of upmost importance to Spa Trouve. Therefore, all credit card information will be kept strictly confidential and will be stored at a secure location that fully complies with HIPAA laws and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our highest commitment to your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your credit card info, address, phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information.

RESERVATIONS

We recommend advanced booking prior to your arrival to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. Katy Medi Spa requires a credit card number at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment. Based on availability, walk-ins are welcome, if you are not comfortable providing us your credit card for reservations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It requires 24 Hour notice if canceling an appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability.

REFUND POLICY

All treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones requested are not available. Katy Medi Spa NO REFUND policy for services rendered.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking any notable changes since your last treatment.

Payments and tipping

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted, but personal checks are not. Services pricing does NOT include tips.

PLEASE ARRIVE 10-MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED START TIME. LATE ARRIVALS WILL ONLY RECEIVE THE RESTOF THEIR SCHEDULED SESSION.

Please turn off all cell-phones or electronic devices when entering our spa/ treatment areas and keep voice levels low, as other treatments may be in progress.
